From the Desk of Pam Stone, Director of Educational Partnerships The majority of Australians now use complementary medicines on a regular basis and so we, at Blackmores Institute, see it as a responsibility to provide health professionals with the education required to ensure these medicines are used safely and effectively, as part of a wholistic approach to healthcare.  A vital part of this approach is to support the leaders of tomorrow and accordingly, from its inception, the Institute has opened its doors to students seeking experience and insight into complementary medicine, and to appreciate what really goes on behind the label.
