With support from the National Institute of Complementary Medicine, Blackmores Institute announces its inaugural symposium (to REGISTER CLICK HERE) being held in Sydney from 28th February – 1 March 2014.
This event promises to be a game-changing occasion aimed at working with community pharmacy to grow the knowledge of the role that evidence-based, natural medicines can play in improving Australian health outcomes.
Neal Mercado, Director Blackmores Institute says, “Recent research commissioned by Blackmores Institute has indicated that community pharmacists are open-minded about complementary medicines, but have reservations about taking an active role in addressing the needs of their customers as a result of a limited availability of evidence-based educational programmes.”
“Blackmores Institute is focused on delivering high-quality education on natural medicines to healthcare practitioners and we are delighted to announce the inaugural Blackmores Institute symposium to further address this issue.”
