Pharmacist CPD accredited education
Focusing on evidence-informed complementary medicine ingredients, common health conditions, and delivering integrative care - CMEd Certification is a clinically relevant and interactive program designed to help you deliver personalised and integrative healthcare.
Our approach is straightforward – complete the modules (allow 20 minutes per module) and learn how to apply your knowledge during a 2-hour virtual masterclass.
By completing CMEd Certification you will be able to:
- Select and prioritise the use of appropriate ingredients
- Identify nutrient deficiency signs and symptoms
- Describe the main functions and indications of a range of ingredients
- Develop an integrative plan for the management of common health conditions
And, you can earn up to 35 CPD (Group 2) credits!
What is micro-credentialling?
Micro-credentials, or digital badges, are mini-qualifications that are awarded following the completion of specific learning designed to enhance skills, knowledge and/or experience in a given area. Micro-credentialled learning usually provides shorter, flexible, bite-sized learning and is fast gaining recognition and becoming highly sought after within the professional landscape.
How is CMEd Certification structured?
The CMEd Certification program is divided into two main sections. The first section focusses on Ingredients, while the second section focusses on the most common Health Conditions that present in Pharmacy.
To complete each section, and achieve a digital micro-credential badge for that section, there are a number of online modules that must be completed, along with a corresponding Masterclass.
After completing both sections, successful completion of a final assessment will see Pharmacists achieve CMEd Certification.
