Hawaiian poke bowl
Poke bowl ingredients
- 2 green onions chopped
- ¼ red cabbage sliced
- ½ cup cooked brown rice, quinoa or soba noodles
- ½ avocado sliced
- 200g sushi grade salmon or tuna
Dressing
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Chilli flakes to taste
How to make
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, drizzle on the dressing and eat fresh.
