  • 2 green onions chopped
  • ¼ red cabbage sliced
  • ½ cup cooked brown rice, quinoa or soba noodles
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 200g sushi grade salmon or tuna

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Chilli flakes to taste
