Coenzyme q10 reduces oxidative stress in h pylori induced chronic gastritis

Coenzyme Q10 added to standard treatment for patients with chronic gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori infection reduces inflammation and oxidative stress, a randomised trial shows. “The combination of triple therapy with CoQ10 demonstrated an effective outcome on the mucosal inflammation, and stress oxidative in patients with chronic gastritis” the study authors wrote in the Journal of Clinical Pharmacology.
